Six State of the Art Studios at One Location - Available for Rent!

| The Academy of Dance Arts opened in August of 1998 in Downers Grove, IL - about 20 miles west of downtown Chicago and started with three spacious state-of-the-art studios. The Academy has now expanded to 6 spacious state-of-the-art studios. |

| All studios have a sprung wooden sub-floor with Marley flooring, mirrors that extend completely down to the floor, excellent lighting, air conditioning, and professional sound systems. |

| To accomodate a growing enrollment, Studio IV was also constructed which included additional storage space for scenery, props, and costumes. |

| Studio V was soon built to provide additional class and rehearsal space for the Academy Dance Alliance. All studios have large one-way observation windows for parental viewing of classes. In this manner parents may monitor their students progress and development. |

The latest addition at The Academy is our specialized Studio VI child-friendly studio which accomodates the needs of our 2-1/2 through 6 year old students. Lower barres, large studio windows bring in sunlight which creates a warm & friendly atmosphere. Also, a special separate room and one-way viewing window enables parents & siblings to observe student's progress.

| The Academy facility also includes an inside corridor connecting all 6 studios, additional lounge space, and a kitchen area for students and parents to use as needed. |

| A warm-up and stretch area is located outside of Studio II and across from one of the three dressing and bathroom facilities for both male and female dancers of The Academy. |  |
